Although medical errors occur everyday, negligence is not always the cause. Medical negligence occurs when a healthcare professional's actions fall below the respective standard of care and that negligence leads to injury or death. This is referred to as medical malpractice. PLP is exclusively devoted to representing victims of medical malpractice. We focus exclusively on birth injuries (e.g., Erbs Palsy, Brachial Plexus Palsy, Cerebral Palsy, and hypoxia), devastating medical malpractice injuries and death. Our only mission is to help victims of medical malpractice and in turn help create a safer healthcare system for all. We believe everyone is entitled to appropriate, timely medical care. We believe, too, that the more patients know about medical errors (medical negligence, medical malpractice) and where these medical errors occur, the greater likelihood they will have of avoiding devastating medical negligence. Knowledge is power. Learn as much as you can about your provider and the care she or he proposes. Always ask questions before beginning any new course of treatment. Do what you can to avoid being a victim of medical malpractice.
At PLP, we work with victims of medical malpractice, birth injury, and wrongful death throughout Arizona and California. Our main office in Scottsdale, Arizona, is conveniently located to our clients in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Peoria, Chandler, Glendale and throughout northern and southern Arizona from Flagstaff to Tucson. We can also make arrangements to meet with our California clients in the Los Angeles or San Diego areas. PLP is exclusively devoted to helping victims of medical malpractice, birth injury, and wrongful death.
